What You Need to Know
- Returns ARE NOT accepted. Products have detailed descriptions when you open the link. Please be sure you read carefully and choose the right size. If an incorrect size is purchased, we will accept a one-time exchange of the item within 2 weeks of the item arriving at your address. Customer pays shipping charges for the return of the original item purchased as well as the exchanged item. You MUST contact us directly BEFORE you mail anything back. We cannot accept exchanges on used/worn/washed items. If the item that is sent back for an exchange appears to be used/worn/washed or damaged in any way you will be eligible for 25% of the original purchase price refunded only -the item will not be eligible for an exchange.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us directly to resolve.
- Items available on the website are available to ship within 7-10 business days. If you need an item by a specific date please leave that date in the comment section when you check out.
- We cannot be responsible for shipping charges if your item is returned for a wrong address, please verify your address when checking out.
- Hover over the item photos to see details and additional color options.
- Shipping is now included in the price of your item- No additional shipping will be added at the time of check out for US addresses! Flat rate shipping for Canadian addresses will be added.
- All Last Chance/Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges.
- All promotional items or free items are final. No exchanges will be accepted.
Immediate payment is required on all website purchases. We accept Paypal and Square payments.
If you have made a purchase through Lana's FB videos or directly on her page, you will need to follow her normal payment methods. Please do not place duplicate orders if you have already claimed an item on the FB videos or you will receive the same item twice.
